Paramount Guides offers a wide range of outdoor activities, year-round in the Canadian Rockies to give your attendees a change of rhythm and scenery and expose them to new experiences that can be slotted between your meetings and/or conference.

Hiking

Season: May to November

Length: From few hours to full day

Gear: No required gear

Snowshoeing

Season: December to April

Length: From few hours to 1/2 day

Gear: Snowshoes and poles (provided)

Ice Walks

Season: December to May

Length: 1/2 day to full day

Gear: Backcountry Ski or Split Snowboard, Avalanche Safety Gear (provided)

Backcountry Ski

Season: December to April

Length: From few hours to 1/2 day

Gear: Ice cleats and poles (provided)

Rock Climbing

Season: June to October

These activities can be a half or a full day.  The idea of these outdoor pursuits is to add a different kind of venue to your meeting or conference.  These activities will add value by increasing engagement, providing networking opportunities, improving learning and retention, fostering a positive company culture, creating memorable experiences, and aiding in developing interpersonal relationships among colleagues.
